I wanted to tell the people responsible for hiring what a wonderful staff they have hired to take care of their guests. We have stayed at your property I think three times. We had Agnus at Annayla speak to the chef to get us a dinner that was recently taken off the menu and it was prepareed for us and our guest for a really special dinner for us. WE thank them for an above and beyond their job service. Your staff of Bellmen especially Andy, were so helpful with our little dog and keeping us entertained while we were waiting an hour and one half for our room to be ready for occupancy. I had my hair cut by Erin. We have nothing but good things to say about your hotel and are looking forward to our next visit.
